Job description:
Operates CNC Brake Machine. Performs machine set-up and programming for daily production.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works under the direction of the Shop Team Lead.
- Fabricates product using drawings, work packages, and verbal instructions.
- Programs new Jobs to meet engineering requirements.
- Responsible to perform first off inspections and overall quality.
- Meets all set deadlines and production expectations.
- Work well as a team member.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
- One (1) or more years directly related experience.
- Ability to interpret and understand Engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Mechanically inclined.
- 40 hour work week (Monday to Friday, eight (8) hours per day).
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physically demanding.
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, and stretching.
- Lifting of light and heavy materials.
- Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 12:00AM.
